The proposition

Guests do not always pack for the sun. They arrive expecting it.

A property already provides shampoo, shower gel, water at the pool. Sun protection sits in the same category and is almost never there. Cremeo puts it at the poolside, the court, the spa entrance, where the guest is standing when they think of it.

The gap

Sun protection is still left to the guest.

83% of melanoma cases worldwide are caused by UV exposure. In northern Europe, that figure rises above 95%. Most cases are preventable.

  • Forget it
  • Leave it in the room
  • Run out
  • Find it inconvenient
  • Don't think of it until outside

The issue is not awareness. It is access and convenience.

The signal

What it says about the property.

A guest notices where a property stops. Sun protection is one of the few amenities they use repeatedly, outdoors and in full view. Providing it sends a simple signal: this property thought beyond the room.

01

Care they can see

Most of what a property does well goes unnoticed. Sun protection is different. It is visible, used repeatedly, and becomes part of the guest experience.

02

Skin, not just comfort

Wellbeing is moving beyond relaxation and recovery toward prevention and skin health. Sun protection is one of the simplest ways a property can support it.

03

The detail they remember

Hospitality is often remembered through small gestures. Thoughtful amenities can become part of how guests describe a stay, and remember the property afterwards.

04

Ahead of the standard

Sun protection is becoming an expected part of a wellness-forward stay, the same way hydration stations and recovery lounges already have.

The sunscreen

What goes on your guests' skin.

Cremeo works only with established sun care houses. Never a no-name fill.

Free of oxybenzone and octinoxate. Dermatologically tested. Fully documented.

That documentation comes with the product. When a property offers sun protection to every guest who walks past, it needs to know exactly what is in it and who stands behind it.

Customization

It carries your brand identity. Never a sponsor's.

Choose the finish, the material and the mark. The body is a single open ring with no back panel, so it reads as light rather than as equipment. Specified alongside your interior, not dropped into it.

Connected

Every dispenser. Every property. One screen.

Each dispenser reports its level. The dashboard shows every unit across a property, or across a portfolio, on one screen, and sends a refill alert while there is still sunscreen in it. Nobody walks the grounds to check, and no guest finds an empty one.

One specification, one supplier, one view across every property.

The cartridge

A swap takes seconds.

Sunscreen arrives in a sealed cartridge. Housekeeping lifts the empty one out, drops the new one in, closes. No tools, no decanting, minimal cleaning.

Cartridges are centralized and returnable. Usage data helps a property hold a small working stock rather than a season's supply.

01

Open the lid.

The top lifts on a single catch.

02

Replace the cartridge.

Lift out the empty one, drop in the full one.

03

Close. Done.

Nothing to wipe down or reset.
